Mr. Nelson is the President of 24/7 Metro Restoration. He has over 25 years of ground up, build-out, design-build and renovation/restoration construction industry experience throughout the U.S. and Canada. He has worked on a wide variety of product types including multi-family, commercial, retail, government, K-12 schools and universities, hospitals/health care centers, as well as track and custom residential projects.
Before joining 24/7 Metro Restoration, Mr. Nelson was the Regional Vice President of Construction – Mid Atlantic Division for Iron Fish Construction where he provided oversight on multi-family, CapEx and commercial projects. Mr. Nelson gained executive leadership, field operations and business development experience with Paramount Construction, Instar Services Group, Polygon f/k/a Munters MCS US Corp., Cornerstone Building and Restoration Services and Paul Davis Corporate. Mr. Nelson’s experience with these companies spanned over $1B worth of business development and construction projects.
Mr. Nelson holds several general contractor licenses and certifications across multiple states. He is a Florida native and attended Kennesaw State University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and basketball.
